Universal Dividing Head is used for different purposes on milling Machine as well as Surface Grinding machine for making different types of shapes on the job like polygone shape, any irregular face cutting at any particular angles, different types of gear cutting.
Features:
1) Head can move -10 degree (down) to 90 degree (up) or can be rotate to 180 degree for changing working direction.
2) It has a gear set of 13-pcs of gears for cutting different types and sizes of gear on Milling machine ( either on Vertical turret Milling machine or Horizontal Milling Machine).
3) It has 2-sided indexing plate for indexing mechanism to make different job types like regular polygone or irregular polygone or any irregular shape.
4) It has tailstock for long job and to ensure regidity of jobs.
